What’s New in the 2026 Honda Passport?

An outstanding SUV gets even more impressive with the 2026 Honda Passport. Enhanced off-road capabilities and a more rugged design let you get more out of every adventure, regardless of whether you’re conquering the paved or unpaved worlds. Set your coordinates to Casey Honda and come check one out.
Engineered to Command Virtually Any Terrain
A more powerful engine drives the 2026 Honda Passport than previous models: a 3.5-liter, 24-valve DOHC V6 engine with up to 285 horsepower and 262 lb-ft of torque. While past iterations came with a nine-speed automatic transmission, the 2026 model has a 10-speed version and an innovative i-VTM4™ all-wheel drive system. Its increased 23-degree approach angle lets you explore more rugged terrain than ever before.
For maximum performance, you can select between seven standard drive modes: Normal, Sport, Eco, Snow, Sand, Tow, and Trail. With 44 cubic feet of cargo space behind the second-row seats and a 5,000-pound towing capacity, you can bring whatever gear will enhance your adventures.
Designed for Sophisticated Adventures
Stronger roof rails, thicker skid plates, and a stiffer chassis make the 2026 Honda Passport better equipped for off-roading. The interior is upgraded too, with some interior design details that the previous generation of this SUV didn’t offer:
- Body stabilizing power-adjustable front seats with memory
- Increased second-row legroom
- A 12.3-inch center touchscreen (larger than earlier models)
- 12-speaker Bose® sound system
- Optional TrailWatch™ camera system, which provides you with camera views around the vehicle’s perimeter.
