A few weeks ago we bought a gasoline-only 2025 Honda CR-V from sales rep Alexia Durden. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and about the competitor, the Toyota RAV-4. I got my car three weeks ago from Asli and I love it. She was so nice and helpful. She explained everything to me in detail and didn’t get frustrated. Just purchased my 3rd Honda from Casey Honda. Although my first Honda was purchased in Hampton, moved to Newport News and it was also serviced at Casey Honda. So they will have serviced 4 Honda's for me. Their service department is exceptional, very people oriented and will not pressure you into additional work unless really needed. Great experience with Casey Honda. I’m not sure about other Casey dealerships but Casey Honda in Newport News was great! I would definitely come back near future. The saleswoman Amber was very attentive, communicative, and easy to talk with. And I also felt the vibe that GM and sales manager was definitely customer first approach. Excellent sales staff and overall buying experience! Just bought a new Pilot and could not be happier. They discovered a small dent that occurred during shipping (I might not have noticed), and I appreciated how they were transparent about it and took charge of scheduling the repair and making it easy. I’m sure I’ll appreciate the free oil changes and state inspections for life too!

This was the second car I’ve naught from the Casey group and a better experience than the first by far. Honda has its act together better than Volkswagen. This place is probably good at selling cars. However I have recently, discovered that their mechanics do not do work or inspections. They will charge you high rates but won’t give any discounts when you catch them lying about maintenance. Always get a second opinion before coming here.. You all have been warned.
