Very professional and kind!
Excellent experience from start to finish. Started on a Sunday when the dealership was closed and heard back from the salesperson, Asli, almost immediately. She was very informative, professional and efficient. The car arrived when expected and was in the showroom when I picked it up in the rain. The business managers were very friendly and professional to work with. I am so impressed with the entire process and I love my CR-V!! Highly recommend Casey Honda!! Call Asli for your vehicle needs!!

Had a very unique experience at Casey Honda recently the salesperson Michael was absolutely wonderful he made everything so easy as I was in need of a car in a short amount of time. Really did go above and beyond. Also the finance person Ryan made everything so understanding to someone who doesn't really understand those things they make a great team. Both are an asset to Casey Honda definitely luck was on our side when we went into Casey's and had Michael as our salesperson thank you so much

I live out of town but stopped by while visiting for an oil change. The entire team was very, very attentive, and I really liked my advisor Shelby. The multi-point inspection was very helpful to understanding whether or not I had an issue with a tire pressure sensor, and the pricing was very fair for the services received. I intend to come back if I ever need anything while in town again!

Everyone at Casey Honda was welcoming and kind, however, our salesman, Kobe, took awesome care of me as I tried to decide between two cars. He was patient and helpful while answering all of my questions and test driving with me for the afternoon. I would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car. If I could refer my sales agent to everyone, I would. He handled business! He wasn’t pushy. He answered all of my questions and when I went to close my deal, he was quick and efficient. My whole transaction was only about an hour and I drove away oh so happy! My new new car was detailed and ready for me. Sean even programmed my phone before I drove off. I was pleased with Casey.

Chandler made the process of buying my Accord Touring Hybrid quite easy. I'd recently bought a 2024 Pilot at another dealer & by the time I brought it home I realized that it was much too big for me to handle safely. I was given information about a possible trade & the next morning Chandler picked me up & drove my Pilot to Casey. Chandler & the other folks I interacted with while there were extremely friendly & knowledge.
We were greeted by all the staff in a very friendly manner. Kadir asked what we looking for and listened carefully. The vehicle we wanted wasn’t in stock but we test drove a similar vehicle and ordered the one we wanted. Kadir and his manager were not only very personable but knowledgeable too. We would purchase from Casey Honda again.
Everything went great. The process was smooth and straight forward. And they had great customer service. And I really like the car I got from them. And they offer good mechanical maintenance too.
I had appointment last week to drop our van off at 7:30 am to take care of a couple minor recalls. Casey staff members were taking care of business in a timely fashion. It only took a few minutes to get in and out for the drop off. They even will provide rides to those customers that need. I had the same quick and easy pickup of van when work was completed. I'm grateful for the all of the courteous professional members of Casey staff.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2024 CR-V hybrid after ordering, then waiting more than 15 mos. for a Ford Maverick hybrid without a word regarding when we would get delivery. My wife and I were helped by Azeema Ervin and Cody Bateman last Friday while looking at the Honda Pilot and Ridgeline. Great Dealership they are not pushing anything on you. Was not chasing me around the parking lot trying to make a sale which is the whole reason I came in and spoke to a sales person. And luckily for me that salesperson was Asli, she was fabulous she was very knowledgeable about the car and answered all the questions I had. Fast and convenient for my first time car. I don't think I could have gotten a better deal at the MSRP. Other dealerships will mark up the car severely making it undesirable but Casey Honda took care of that for me and made the process easy and hassle-free.

First and foremost, Casey Honda is the only dealership I trust. My service advisor was Amanda Muhammad, #1025. She was exceptional and outstanding. Because of the way loser circle trash Nissan treated me, I didn't trust ANY dealership; it's the one in Hampton. Casey Honda turned that around, and earned my trust in the matter of 2 hours. They aren't cheap by any means, and they are high on pricing; but I trust Casey Honda...that doesn't mean I trust another Honda dealership, so don't try it with me. Casey took good care of my Honda truck. It was in for a recall, the rear frame could have issues from being near the coast and all the salt. Didn’t want my gas tank falling off. Setting up an appt. was easy and they were nice enough to get it done by end day, very respectful!

I’d like to preface this saying, I’ve had poor experience with other dealerships so I came into this cautious and a bit of a skeptic. After a poor experience with a local mechanic, I figured I should find another dealership to build a relationship with. Overall, I had a very pleasant experience. I asked that they do an overall look at the car and inform me with any necessary maintenance, so I did get a lot of work done but it’s been 4 years since a mechanic suggested something to me other than wiper blades and headlights. Casey Honda of Newport News Virginia has a super star working in the service dept. Amanda Humphreys is by far the most attention to detailed service rep ever. She not only ensured 2017 vehicle was taken care of on Honda's extended warranty but she solicited the help of Dan, a tech rep to fix a recurring issue with my new 2021 I recently purchased. Really great price with lifetime oil change engine transmission state inspection
I needed to have my tires checked because the alarm light came on on my dashboard. I brought it in to have the tires checked. I had a great experience. Not only were my tires checked but my car was also given a multi-point inspection at no cost to me. Thank you so very much.
I was very pleased with the team at Casey Honda, I went in with how much I could afford to pay a month, and to my surprise they made it happen. They were so nice and willing to work with me and send me home with a car. I never felt pressure, basically they definitely wanted to help me go home satisfied. I recommend Casey Honda to everyone.

We traveled 3 hours to purchase a car we had been looking for. The salesperson, Asli, was in constant communication with us at moment of first contact the day we located the car and even after the purchase was completed a few days later. The best car buying experience I have ever had.
Service plus new tires and alignment took under 2 hours. I noticed just now that the air valve stem cover is missing on all 4 tires. Where are they?
Ms. Asli was my salesperson when I brought my Honda Accord. Ms Asli is a wonderful friendly person. I love the service she gave me. She made sure all my needs were taken care of. I had to wait two weeks for my vehicle to arrive at the dealership she kept in contact to let me know when I would receive my vehicle.
