Over the past three years, l've purchased three vehicles from her, and I want to share my experience because it's been nothing short of amazing. Some people think salespeople are sharks, but Asli proves that wrong. She's originally from Turkey and has a unique way of making every interaction enjoyable. She's incredibly accommodating, super friendly, makes you laugh, and is always trustworthy and professional. I'm not sure if it's her upbringing, her training at Casey Honda, or just her personality, but there's definitely something special about her! Thanks to Asli, Casey Honda has become one of my favorite places. Every referral l've sent her way has had the same outstanding experience, and she's never let me down. A few weeks ago we bought a gasoline-only 2025 Honda CR-V from sales rep Alexia Durden. She was very knowledgeable about the car, and about the competitor, the Toyota RAV-4. After the weekend of thinking it over, we came back and bought the CR-V. She patiently went over (once again) all the high tech buttons and functions. I was surprised how easy and painless it was to buy our first ever brand new car. Been retired now 3 years. Looking forward to taking it west and starting the "touring" stage of our retirement. First stop: Nashville. We compared prices at two other local dealers, and found Casey to be the best, especially with the life time free inspections and oil changes. Great experience with Casey Honda. I’m not sure about other Casey dealerships but Casey Honda in Newport News was great! I would definitely come back near future. The saleswoman Amber was very attentive, communicative, and easy to talk with. And I also felt the vibe that GM and sales manager was definitely customer first approach. We went to other dealerships prior to Casey Honda and we had hard time finding a sales person to even converse with or vehicle was no longer available and forgot to notify the customer. I guess that’s normal these days, but I’m one of those customers who are more of old school so initiative and first impression goes long way. Great job Casey Honda!
